一、引言 用雷达进行地面警戒向制造者提出了一些极难解决的问题,因为在真实目标周围的固定地物会产生大量反射波。自1949年,国家通信研究中心(C.N.E.T.)以及通信研究和制造部(S.E.F.T.)极为关注这一问题,并要求通信中心实验室(L.C.T.)提出解决办法。 这个公司利用布齐尼先生自1941年取得的有关相干脉冲雷达和消除地物反射波方面的专利,以及通信技术部门(S.T.T.A.)在产销空中警戒雷达方面所积累的经验,提出了一种基于多普勒效应的设备。
I. INTRODUCTION Ground warning using radar poses some extremely difficult problems for the manufacturer because of the large amount of reflected waves generated by the fixed objects around the real target. Since 1949, the National Communications Research Center (C.N.E.T.) and the Department of Communications Research and Manufacturing (S.E.F.T.) have been extremely concerned about this issue and have asked the Communications Laboratory (L.C.T.) for a solution. Drawing on the patents Mr. Burkini has acquired in 1941 regarding coherent pulsed radars and the removal of ground-based reflections and the experience gained by the Communications Technology Group (STTA) in the production and sales of air surveillance radars, the company proposed a multi- Equipment effect.
