本文采用硅烷偶联剂WD-50对SiC、Si3N4和SiO2三种无机粉体进行表面改性,主要研究了改性前后粉体的Zeta电位,并对SiC粉体改性前后进行了XRD和FT-IR分析。结果表明,改性后粉体的Zeta电位发生了显著变化,其主要原因是表面包覆了一层偶联剂,使粉体的表面结构以及表面荷电性质发生了改变。改性粉体Zeta电位的变化与偶联剂主要官能团有关,WD-50含有-NH2,能使粉体颗粒表面吸附H+变成-NH3+,从而使改性粉体的等电点向中性偏碱性移动,且在酸性区域的Zeta电位提高。
In this paper, the silane coupling agent WD-50 SiC, Si3N4 and SiO2 surface modification of three inorganic powders, mainly studied the Zeta potential of the powder before and after modification, and SiC powder before and after modification of the XRD and FT -IR analysis. The results showed that the Zeta potential of the modified powders changed significantly. The main reason was that the surface was coated with a coupling agent, which changed the surface structure and charge properties of the powders. The change of Zeta potential of the modified powder is related to the main functional groups of the coupling agent. WD-50 contains -NH2, which can make H + adsorbed on the surface of powder particles become -NH3 +, so that the isoelectric point of the modified powder is neutral Alkali moves, and Zeta potential increases in acidic regions.
