随着现代科技和信息产业的发展,互联网的兴起给旅游业带来了新的契机,网络的快速性、实时性、丰富性和便捷性等优势促使传统旅游业迅速融入网络旅游的浪潮,在这个电子商务平台中,旅游者受到新兴网络的影响更为突出。本文主要从旅游者的消费心理、消费行为、消费反馈三个方面分析基于电子商务平台的旅游者的消费行为,并总结分析其特征。
With the development of modern science and technology and information industry, the rise of the Internet has brought new opportunities to the tourism industry. The rapidity, real-time, richness and convenience of the network have facilitated the rapid integration of traditional tourism into the wave of online travel. This e-commerce platform, tourists are more affected by the emerging network. This paper mainly analyzes the consumer behavior of tourists based on e-commerce platform from three aspects of consumer psychology, consumer behavior and consumer feedback, and summarizes the characteristics of tourists.
