目的了解漳州市区某水厂实施技改工程前后的生活饮用水卫生状况,评估技改工程效益。方法于2006—2015年对技改前后水源的卫生防护进行调查,按照国家标准对水厂的水源水、出厂水、末梢水进行监测和评价,并对技改前后的水质进行比较分析。结果技改后水质总合格率(88.9%)明显高于技改前(28.6%);技改后水源水、出厂水、末梢水合格率高于技改前;技改后各类水质超标项目合格率高于技改前。结论通过实施技改工程来改善水源水的卫生质量,是提高生活饮用水合格率和确保生活饮用水安全卫生的重要措施。
Objective To understand the sanitary status of drinking water before and after the technical renovation project in a water plant in Zhangzhou city and assess the benefit of technical renovation project. Methods The health protection of water sources before and after technical innovation was investigated in 2006-2015. The water source water, factory water and peripheral water of the waterworks were monitored and evaluated in accordance with national standards. The water quality before and after the technical innovation was compared and analyzed. Results The total qualified rate of water quality after technical innovation was 88.9%, which was significantly higher than that before technical innovation (28.6%). The qualified rate of water source, ex-factory water and peripheral water after technical innovation was higher than that before technical innovation. The pass rate is higher than before the technical reform. Conclusion It is an important measure to improve the sanitation quality of drinking water by implementing the technical renovation project and improving the passing rate of drinking water and ensuring the safety and health of drinking water.
