利用α-硫辛酸、生物素、长醚链二胺等原料,用柱色谱进行纯化和分离,设计合成了标题化合物,并用1HNMR、GC-MS、IR等方法对中间体及目标产物的分子结构进行了表征。通过改变生物素分子中的侧链部分,可合成不同种类的生物素衍生物,增加了生物素-亲合素/链霉亲合素/中性亲合素自组装膜体系的材料的种类,此自组装膜体系在分子器件、生物与化学传感器、生物膜等很多方面有着广泛的应用。
The title compound was designed and synthesized by using a-lipoic acid, biotin and long-chain diamine as starting materials and purified by column chromatography. The structures of the intermediate and the target product were analyzed by 1HNMR, GC-MS and IR Characterized. By changing the side chain portion of the biotin molecule, different kinds of biotin derivatives can be synthesized, and the kinds of materials of the biotin-avidin / streptavidin / neutral avidin self-assembled membrane system are increased, This self-assembled membrane system has a wide range of applications in many aspects such as molecular devices, biological and chemical sensors, biofilms and the like.
