目的了解新型干法旋窑水泥生产线的粉尘情况。方法进行现场职业卫生学调查和职业病危害因素检测。结果煤尘时间加权平均浓度(TWA)检测结果为0.26~2.21 mg/m3,超标率为0;矽尘TWA检测结果为0.57~0.67 mg/m3,超标率为0;石灰石粉尘TWA检测结果1.49~5.95 mg/m3,超标率为33.33%;水泥粉尘TWA检测结果0.68~4.25 mg/m3,超标率为58.33%;其他粉尘TWA检测结果0.60~4.78 mg/m3,超标率为0。结论包装、搬运岗位是粉尘的关键控制点,应改善作业环境,加强个人防护。
Objective To understand the dust situation of the new dry-process rotary kiln cement production line. Methods To carry out on-site occupational hygiene investigation and detection of occupational hazards. Results The TWA test result was 0.26 ~ 2.21 mg / m3, and the over standard rate was 0. The TWA test result of silica dust was 0.57 ~ 0.67 mg / m3, the exceeding standard rate was 0. The results of TWA test of lime dust 1.49 ~ 5.95 mg / m3, and the over standard rate was 33.33%. The TWA test results of cement dust were 0.68 ~ 4.25 mg / m3, and the exceeding standard rate was 58.33%. The TWA test results of other dusts were 0.60 ~ 4.78 mg / m3. Conclusion Packaging, handling post is the key control point of dust, should improve the working environment and strengthen personal protection.
