[目的]了解企业已婚女职工的健康状况,分析已婚妇女疾病的发病情况及疾病与年龄、经济水平、职业的关系,为制定女职工劳动保护对策,提高已婚妇女的健康水平提供依据。[方法]对已婚女职工进行健康体检,调查妇科疾病情况,分析体检资料。[结果]共计3 073名已婚女职工参与本次妇科疾病普查,患病891例,患病率28.99%。妇科疾病患病率由高到低依次为乳腺增生(9.26%),子宫肌瘤(17.87%),宫颈囊肿(4.95%),卵巢囊肿(4.26%),宫颈息肉(1.92%)。除宫颈囊肿外,不同地区女职工妇科疾病的发病率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。年龄影响着女职工疾病的发生(P<0.05),不同职业的女职工妇科疾病发病率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]企业女职工的妇科疾病患病情况不容乐观,女职工自我保健意识欠缺,应引起社会、单位及个人的重视。加强对女职工的保健工作,进行常规妇科病普查普治,对提高已婚女职工的身心健康水平很有必要。
[Objective] To understand the health conditions of married women and workers in enterprises and analyze the incidence of disease and the relationship between disease and age, economic level and occupation in married women and provide basis for formulating labor protection measures for female workers and improving the health of married women . [Method] Carrying out a healthy physical examination on the married women workers, investigating the gynecological diseases and analyzing the physical examination data. [Results] A total of 3 073 married women workers participated in this survey of gynecological diseases, with 891 cases of illness, the prevalence rate was 28.99%. The highest prevalence of gynecological diseases was hyperplasia of mammary glands (9.26%), uterine fibroids (17.87%), cervical cysts (4.95%), ovarian cysts (4.26%) and cervical polyps (1.92%). In addition to cervical cysts, female workers in different regions of the incidence of gynecological diseases, no significant difference (P> 0.05). Age affected the incidence of female workers (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of gynecological diseases among female workers in different occupations (P> 0.05). [Conclusion] The prevalence of gynecological diseases in female workers in enterprises is not optimistic, and the self-care awareness of female workers is deficient, which should arouse the attention of society, units and individuals. To strengthen the health care for female workers and carry out routine general survey of gynecological diseases is necessary to improve the physical and mental health of married women and workers.
