采用盆栽试验,研究4个不同施磷(P2O5)水平(0、0.16、0.21、0.26 g)对剑麻幼苗生物学性状、产量、肥料利用效率和养分积累量的影响。结果表明,施用磷肥显著提高剑麻株高、叶片长度和叶片厚度。施磷处理剑麻地上部和根系生物量有所增加。在施用尿素(以N计)0.45 g/株、氯化钾(以K2O计)0.70 g/株基础上,施用过磷酸钙0.21 g/株时,剑麻地上部鲜重最大,为644.7 g/株,比不施磷处理增加39.6%,且其磷肥回收率和农学利用率也最大。施磷处理剑麻叶片和根系全磷含量均比不施磷处理P0高,叶片全氮含量和根系全磷含量明显随着施磷量的增加而增加。剑麻整株氮素积累量随着施磷水平的增加而增加,磷素和钾素积累量总体上随着施磷水平的增加呈先增后减的趋势。
Pot experiments were conducted to study the effects of four different phosphorus (P2O5) levels (0, 0.16, 0.21 and 0.26 g) on the biological characteristics, yield, fertilizer use efficiency and nutrient accumulation of sisal seedlings. The nitrogen accumulation of whole sisal plant increased with the increase of phosphorus application. The accumulation of phosphorus and potassium increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of phosphorus application.
