采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈和水为流动相(磷酸调制弱酸性液体),使用ZORBAX Eclipse Plus C_8色谱柱和紫外可变波长检测器,在245 nm波长下对20%硝·烟·辛酰溴可分散油悬浮剂进行定量分析。结果表明:硝磺草酮、烟嘧磺隆和辛酰溴苯腈的线性相关系数分别为0.999 7、0.999 7、0.999 6,标准偏差分别为0.064、0.021、0.079,变异系数分别为0.80%、0.53%、0.99%,平均回收率分别为100.18%、100.03%、99.85%。
High performance liquid chromatography with acetonitrile and water as mobile phases (phosphoric acid to prepare weak acid) was performed on a ZORBAX Eclipse Plus C_8 column and an ultraviolet variable wavelength detector at 245 nm for 20% Acyl bromide dispersible oil suspensions for quantitative analysis. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of mesotrione, nicosulfuron and octaclor were 0.999 7, 0.999 7 and 0.999 6, respectively. The standard deviations were 0.064, 0.021 and 0.079, respectively. The coefficients of variation were 0.80% 0.53% and 0.99% respectively. The average recoveries were 100.18%, 100.03% and 99.85% respectively.
