利用热模拟试验机对高强度船板的静态再结晶和动态转变行为进行了研究,分析了主要工艺参数对钢板组织性能的影响,开发出一系列TMCP型高强度船板。这种船板平均组织晶粒度可达到11~13级,具有优良的低温冲击韧性和焊接性能。
The static recrystallization and dynamic transformation behavior of high strength ship plate were studied by using thermal simulation test machine. The influence of main process parameters on the microstructure and properties was analyzed. A series of TMCP high strength ship plates were developed. The shipboard average grain size can reach 11 to 13, with excellent low temperature impact toughness and weldability.
