本文取人胚胎眼46只,石蜡切片,用组织学和组织化学方法染色,光镜下观察角膜和巩膜。7周胚视杯周围的间充质已形成角膜和巩膜的原基。13—14周角膜厚107—220μm,已形成5层,前上皮只有两层细胞;巩膜的纤维少而不整齐。15—24周角膜厚180—350μm,巩膜内已出现胶原纤维束。25~36周角膜厚300~450μm、前上皮由2层变为4层,固有层的纤维细密整齐。巩膜于25周已能分3层(巩跌上层、固有层和棕黑层)。胚胎早期,角膜与巩膜的Alcian Blue 反应相似,胚胎晚期角膜的Alcian Blue 反应加强,分析了其功能意义。
In this paper, 46 human embryo eyes, paraffin sections were taken, stained with histology and histochemistry, and cornea and sclera were observed under light microscope. The mesenchyme around the 7-week-old embryo cup formed a primordium of the cornea and sclera. Corneal thickness of 13-14 weeks 107-220μm, has formed five layers, the former epithelial cells only two layers; sclera fibers less and irregular. 15-24 weeks corneal thickness 180-350μm, collagen fibers have emerged within the sclera. The thickness of the cornea was 300-450 μm at 25-36 weeks. The former epithelium was changed from 2 layers to 4 layers, and the fibers of the lamina propria were fine and neat. The sclera has been divided into three layers 25 weeks (Gong Zhu top, lamina propria and brown layer). Early in the embryo, the corneal and scleral Alcian Blue reactions were similar, and the Alcian Blue reaction in the late embryo cornea was enhanced, and its functional significance was analyzed.
