用离子液体1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑六氟磷酸盐(BMI)改性氧化石墨烯(GO),以改性GO ( GO-BMI)填充天然橡胶( NR),通过X射线衍射法、差示扫描量热法和拉曼光谱表征了GO-BMI,考察了GO-BMI用量对NR混炼胶硫化特性的影响,并采用Ghoreisy模型和自催化反应模型研究了硫化动力学。结果表明,GO经过BMI改性后,层间距进一步增大,玻璃化转变温度相比BMI向高温方向移动,结构的无序性增大;随着GO-BMI用量的增加,NR混炼胶的焦烧时间和正硫化时间均延长,硫化速率下降;Ghoreisy模型和自催化模型均能很好地描述GO-BMI/NR混炼胶的硫化动力学,随着GO-BMI用量的增加,硫化反应活化能逐渐增大。“,”Graphene oxide ( GO) was modified by ionic liquid 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluoro-phosphate ( BMI ) , and the obtained modified gra-phene oxide ( GO-BMI ) was filled natural rubber ( NR ) matrix to prepare GO-BMI/NR compounds. GO-BMI was characterized by X-ray diffraction, di-fferential scanning calorimetry and Raman spectrom-etry. The effects of GO-BMI on the curing character-istics of GO-BMI/NR compounds were investigated, and the vulcanization kinetics was studied by Ghorei-sy′s model and autocatalytic reaction model. The re-sults showed that after GO was modified with BMI, the layer spacing of GO increased, the glass transi-tion temperature of GO-BMI shifted to high tempera-ture, and the disordered structure increased. With the increase of GO-BMI, both the scorch time and the curing time of GO-BMI/NR compounds in-creased, the curing rate decreased. Both of the Ghoreisy model and the autocatalytic reaction model could simulate the vulcanization kinetics of GO-BMI/NR compounds accurately, and with the in-crease of GO-BMI, the activation energy for vulcani-zation increased gradually.
