我院自1981年1月至1984年6月收治经脑电图检查确诊的头痛型癫痫23例,现就其中资料较完整的19例作一初步总结。临床资料性别及年龄:本组19例中,男9例,女10例,其中5～15岁的12例。病程:6个月至1年6例,2至5年8例,6至9年4例,10年以上的1例。症状及体征:除反复发作、部位较为固定的头痛外,伴有头昏头胀7例,心中不适感3例,恶心、呕吐8例,面色苍白、呆滞1例,手指、面部发麻2例,视物模糊2例,抽搐1例。头痛持续时间:最短为10～20分钟,最长为3～4天。头痛性质:刺痛12例,胀痛3例,钻痛3例,跳痛1例。头痛位于前额部11例,颞顶部4例,眼眶深部4例。头痛发作频度:最少为每年
