本文论述了用于汽车螺旋伞齿轮材料的钒钛球墨铸铁(贝氏体)的研究结果,着重介绍了利用我省资源丰富的钒钛生铁为材料制造的高强度球墨铸铁的工艺和机械性能的特点,并对钒和钛元素在球铁中的分布状况,以及对球墨铸铁性能的影响及关系进行了探讨。钒钛球墨铸铁的化学成分为:C:3.3~3.6%,Si:2.8~3.0%,Mn:0.2~0.45%, V:0.3~0.38%,Ti:0.08~0.15%,有较好的综合性能。用电子探针和扫描电镜测定结果,钒和钛元素在铸铁中有三种形态,它们是影响性能的主要因素。研究结果表明:用于汽车螺旋伞齿轮材质是可靠的,经过大量跑车和台架试验,证明稀土镁钒钛球墨铸铁,具有耐磨性能好、噪音小、点蚀少、成本低等优点,基本上达到了18CrMnTi优质合金钢材主要性能的要求。
In this paper, the results of the research on vanadium-titanium nodular cast iron (bainite) used in automotive helical bevel gear materials are reviewed, highlighting the process and mechanical properties of high-strength ductile iron made from the resource-rich vanadium-titanium pig iron in our province Characteristics, and the distribution of vanadium and titanium in the ductile iron, as well as the impact on the properties of ductile iron and the relationship were discussed.
