[目的]评价胃癌患者胸苷磷酸化酶(TP)的表达与以氟尿嘧啶类药物为基础化疗方案的敏感性的关系。[方法]采用Cochrane系统评价方法,通过检索CNKI、Wanfangdata、PubMed、Springerlink、Cochrane library等数据库,收集国内外公开发表的所有相关病例对照研究。应用Stata 12.0软件进行Meta分析。[结果]共纳入10篇文献包含TP与临床胃癌化疗敏感性相关,且一线化疗方案以氟尿嘧啶类药物为主的病例对照研究,累计TP阳性表达病例共289例,累计TP阴性表达共21 2例。结果显示10篇文献具有同质性,χ~2=7.84,P=0.550,I~2=0%,TP表达阳性的患者与TP表达阴性的患者对以氟尿嘧啶类为基础的化疗方案敏感性差异有统计学意义,OR=2.531,95%CI(1.702~3.762),[结论]TP表达阳性的胃癌患者对以氟尿嘧啶类为基础的化疗方案有较为明显的敏感性。
[Objective] To evaluate the relationship between the expression of thymidine phosphorylase (TP) in gastric cancer patients and the sensitivity of fluorouracil-based chemotherapy regimens. [Methods] Cochrane systematic reviews were used to collect all relevant published case-control studies at home and abroad by searching databases such as CNKI, Wanfangdata, PubMed, Springerlink and Cochrane library. Meta-analysis was performed using Stata 12.0 software. [Results] A total of 10 articles enrolled included TP-related chemosensitivity of clinical gastric cancer, and first-line chemotherapy with fluorouracil-based case-control study, a total of 289 cases of positive TP expression, a total of TP-negative expression of a total of 212 cases . The results showed that 10 of the 10 articles had homogeneity, χ ~ 2 = 7.84, P = 0.550, I ~ 2 = 0%. The sensitivity of fluorouracil-based chemotherapy in patients with positive TP expression and patients with negative TP expression was different (OR = 2.531,95% CI 1.702 ~ 3.762). [Conclusion] The patients with positive TP expression have more obvious sensitivity to fluorouracil-based chemotherapy.
