高校图书馆是高校重要的场所,其不但是学生搜集资料、学术科研的知识供给来源,也是高校现代化建设必不可少的基础功能区,而高效的图书馆管理存在着很强的专业性和服务性,其一方面要对对图书馆的资源进行管理,另一方面要利用这些资源以及可创造的条件对师生进行服务,只有不断提升高校图书馆人员的素质,采取相关的培养措施,才能更好地推动高校图书馆建设,促进高校图书馆的长远发展。本文主要对高校图书馆管理人员的培养措施进行了分析,以期能对高校图书馆的建设有所帮助。
