一、前言球磨机是广泛应用于冶金矿山、建材水泥以及火电厂制备煤粉的大型研磨设备。其中球磨机中研磨体——磨球是一种大量消耗的磨损件。经失效分析研究表明,磨球磨损的主要机制有:切削磨损、犁沟变形磨损、凿削磨损和疲劳剥落磨损;在湿磨条件下还存在腐蚀磨损。因此要求磨球材料具有以下特性:①具有较高的硬度和耐磨性;②良好的强韧性配合和抗脆断能力;③良好的淬透性,以保证磨球内外硬度的均匀性;④好的冶金质量,降低磨球磨损过程的破碎率;⑤在矿山湿磨过程中,应有良好的抗腐蚀性能。

Therefore, it is required that the ball material has the following characteristics: ① high hardness and wear resistance; ② good strength and toughness and resistance to brittle breaking capacity; ③ good hardenability to ensure uniform ball mill hardness inside and outside; ④ Good metallurgical quality, reduce the ball mill wear rate of the process of crushing; ⑤ wet milling process in the mine, should have good corrosion resistance.
