本文研究了加衬套对耳片的加强与止裂作用。提出了销钉与衬套、衬套与耳片之间接触边界条件的处理方法。利用作者编制的耳片应力分析通用程序LUGS进行计算,得出了具有最佳止裂特性的衬套参数配置。
This paper studies the reinforcement and anti-cracking effect of the bushing on the ear. Proposed the pin and the bushing, bushing and ear contact between the boundary conditions of processing methods. Based on the LUGS program of the ear stress analysis program compiled by the author, the parameter configuration of the bushing with the best anti-cracking property was obtained.
