本文针对3种换热器面积相同而结构不同的翅片管式换热器空调机组进行了的实验研究,讨论了由于结构变化而导致的换热器迎风面风速不均匀性及其对机组性能的影响。对实测风速进行分析可知换热器迎风面风速很不均匀、风量损失较大且风速变化存在一定的规律。对换热器在制冷、制热工况下的部分状态参数进行分析可知,此2种工况下,中等换热器的室内侧出风干、湿球温度均比其它2种换热器更利于调节室内温度,但是在制热工况中,其能效比比矮换热器要低。研究结果可为换热器的工程设计提供参考。
