目的:探讨紫外线照射充氧自血回输(UBIO)对家兔急性光气中毒后氧自由基代谢的影响。方法:健康家兔50只随机分为5组:正常对照组、中毒组、常规治疗组、UBIO治疗组及UBIO联合常规治疗(复合治疗)组,连续观察7 d,记录家兔存活率,并检测血清中T-AOC、SOD、CAT、GSH-Px、GSH、GR活性及MDA含量。结果:经UBIO或复合治疗后血清中除CAT活性无差异外,T-AOC、SOD、GSH-Px、GSH、GR活性明显升高(P<0.01),MDA含量明显降低(P<0.01)。结论:家兔光气中毒后可伴有明显的氧自由基损伤,UBIO治疗能明显提高机体抗氧化损伤能力,因而可以用于急性光气中毒的辅助治疗。
Objective: To investigate the effects of UBIO on the metabolism of oxygen free radicals in rabbits after acute phosgene poisoning. Methods: Fifty healthy rabbits were randomly divided into five groups: normal control group, poisoning group, conventional therapy group, UBIO treatment group and UBIO combined with conventional therapy (compound therapy) group. The rabbits were observed continuously for 7 days and recorded the survival rate of rabbits Serum T-AOC, SOD, CAT, GSH-Px, GSH, GR activity and MDA content were measured. Results: The activity of T-AOC, SOD, GSH-Px, GSH and GR were significantly increased (P <0.01) and the content of MDA was significantly decreased (P <0.01) except UBIO or combination therapy. CONCLUSION: Rabbit phosgene poisoning may be associated with obvious oxygen free radical damage. UBIO treatment can significantly improve the body’s ability to resist oxidative damage and thus can be used as adjuvant therapy for acute phosgene poisoning.
