伴随广州产业转型升级的加速,行业竞争的加剧,企业越来越要求劳动者具备跨岗位、跨职业,并具备不断适应岗位变化甚至转岗的能力。作为与之相适应的高职教育也要注重培养学生全面、可持续发展的职业综合能力。本文以广州城市职业学院为例,通过对2011—2015届旅游管理专业毕业学生的问卷调查,根据其从事工作存在的跨岗位、跨职业现象,提出了以综合素质和职业综合能力为本位的专业改革对策。
Accompanied by the acceleration of transformation and upgrading of industries in Guangzhou and the intensification of competition in the industry, enterprises are increasingly demanding that laborers have the ability to work across positions and occupations and to constantly adapt to post changes or even transfer jobs.
