培养中学生的创新意识和能力是现代中学教育的重要目标,健美操是一项深受中学生喜爱的运动项目,提高学生的创编操能力是健美操教学的重要内容,也是培养中学生创新素质及创新能力的精神体现,本文采用文献资料法、教学实验法、问卷调查法等,就中学健美操课利用创新型教学法进行研究,首先在广东省四会市四会中学随机抽取初二年级健美操课的2个班级112人作为实验组和对照组,进行32学时的教学实验。研究结果表明:在中学健美操课上采用创新型教学法,可以有效提高学生的学习兴趣,提高教学效果,能较好地培养学生的创新能力、组织协作能力及社会适应能力。
The cultivation of middle school students ’innovative awareness and ability is an important goal of modern secondary education. Aerobics is a sport popular among middle school students. Improving students’ ability of creating compilation exercises is an important part of aerobics teaching. It also aims at cultivating the innovative qualities and innovative ability of middle school students Spirit of the embodiment of this paper using literature, teaching experiment, questionnaire, etc., the use of innovative teaching method to study aerobics in high school, first in Sihui City, Guangdong Province, four secondary schools randomly selected second-year aerobics class 112 classes of 2 classes as experimental group and control group, 32 hours of teaching experiment. The results show that adopting innovative teaching method in aerobics class in middle school can effectively improve students ’interest in learning and improve teaching effectiveness, and can better cultivate students’ ability of innovation, organization and cooperation and social adaptability.
