漏磁检测是钢丝绳无损检测中的一种重要方式,传统的钢丝绳漏磁检测系统存在的问题主要表现在检测精度低,检测信号的处理方式简单。采用高灵敏的霍尔元件检测断丝漏磁信号,通过现代数字信号处理技术对断丝漏磁信号进行处理,研究选取峰-峰值与波宽作为钢丝绳断丝损伤信号特征量,运用基于最小二乘法的曲线拟合算法对断丝检测信号进行定量分析。试验表明,该断丝信号处理技术对断丝达到了较好的准判率,取得了较明显的效果,在实际应用中有较强的可行性。
Magnetic flux leakage testing is an important method in non-destructive testing of steel wire rope. The problems existing in the traditional testing system for magnetic flux leakage of steel wire rope are mainly manifested in the low detection accuracy and the simple processing method of the testing signal. Highly sensitive Hall element is used to detect the magnetic flux leakage signal, and the digital signal processing technology is used to process the magnetic flux leakage signal. The peak-to-peak value and the wave width are selected as the characteristics of the damage signal of the steel wire rope. Multiplication curve fitting algorithm for quantitative analysis of broken wire detection signal. The test shows that the signal processing technology of the broken wire has achieved a good judgment rate for the broken wire, and has achieved obvious effect, which is more feasible in practical application.
