在四镜环行像散补偿腔中,使用宽带光学单向器迫使单向行波运转,使用复合石英双折射滤光片调谐波长并压窄线宽,使用单片标准具选取单纵模,实现了连续钛宝石激光器单频运转。通过电子伺服系统将输出激光的频率锁定在共焦参考腔上。在790nm波长处,输出183mW时,频率稳定性优于430kHz;输出324mW时,频率稳定性优于610kHz,稳定时间大于1min。
In the quadruple-lens astigmatic compensation cavity, a broadband optical unidirectional device is used to force the unidirectional traveling wave to run. The composite quartz birefringent filter is used to tune the wavelength and narrow the line width. The single longitudinal mode is selected by using a single etalon Continuous titanium gem laser single frequency operation. The frequency of the output laser is locked by the servo system to the confocal reference chamber. At the wavelength of 790nm, when the output is 183mW, the frequency stability is better than 430kHz. When the output is 324mW, the frequency stability is better than 610kHz and the settling time is more than 1min.
