为研究板底脱空对连续配筋水泥混凝土路面的受力影响,采用有限元方法进行静载力学建模分析。数值分析结果表明:CRCP板体应力跟基层脱空深度没有明显关系,而与基层脱空范围和板体裂缝宽度关系密切。CRCP的临界荷位随着脱空范围的变化发生改变,取决于脱空范围与轮载的相对位置。当板体脱空为边缘小范围脱空时,对其受力几无影响;而当板体脱空跨越一般行车轮迹带外缘时,CRCP需要进行基层脱空的工程处理。基层脱空下超载会引发CRCP极为不利的内力反应,需严格控制。
In order to study the influence of slab emptying on the continuous reinforced concrete pavement, the finite element method was used to analyze the static load mechanics. The results of numerical analysis show that there is no obvious relationship between the stress of CRCP and the void depth of the base, but closely related to the void area of the base and the width of the crack in the slab. The critical charge of the CRCP varies with the extent of the void, depending on the relative position of the void area and the wheelset. When the plate body is emptied into a small area of the edge to be emptied, there is little effect on the force of the plate body. When the plate body is hollowed out beyond the outer edge of a general driving wheel track belt, the CRCP needs to be subjected to the engineering treatment of the base layer emptying. Overloading under the grassroots level will lead to CRCP extremely unfavorable internal force response, to be strictly controlled.
