实现配网系统的自动化综合管理是建设现代化高水平供电系统的核心问题之一。为了适应建设世界一流大学的需要,根据原供电系统的特点,对清华大学10kV配网的综合自动化管理系统进行了总体规划设计,将其分为主站层、分站层和子站层三个管理层面。实践表明,配网自动化系统的分层式结构对提高供电系统的安全可靠性及运行质量是非常必要的。
