目的 :分析新生隐球菌黑色素生成的影响因素 ,初步探讨黑色素与新生隐球菌脑膜炎的相互关系。方法 :在含左旋多巴的液体培养液中孵育各种血清型新生隐球菌 ,分光光度计测定不同条件下液体的 D值。结果 :新生隐球菌黑色素的产生受多种因素的影响 ,其中以氮源、葡萄糖和温度的影响最为明显。 结论 :脑组织中富含黑色素的底物儿茶酚胺类物质 ,新生隐球菌侵犯脑膜和脑组织似与黑色素无关。
Objective: To analyze the influencing factors of melasma formation in Cryptococcus neoformans and to explore the relationship between melanin and Cryptococcus neoformans meningitis. Methods: All kinds of Cryptococcus neoformans were incubated in liquid medium containing levodopa. The D value of liquid under different conditions was measured by spectrophotometer. Results: The incidence of cryptococcal melanin was affected by many factors, of which nitrogen source, glucose and temperature were most obvious. Conclusion: The brain tissue rich in melanin substrates catecholamines, Cryptococcus neoformans violations of the brain membrane and brain tissue has nothing to do with melanin.
