天津市津湾广场9号楼主楼高299.65m,属于超限高层建筑,采用钢筋混凝土核心筒-矩形钢管混凝土柱钢框架结构体系。结构钢框架主次梁与转换桁架等均采用Q345钢,部分采用Q345GJ钢,用钢量较大。为节省用钢量,减少施工难度,提高钢材强度至Q390与Q390GJ。经优化,结构共计节省钢材两千余吨,同时对优化后结构各项指标进行验算,结果表明,各项指标均满足相关规范的规定。同时采用Perform-3D对优化后结构进行罕遇地震下弹塑性时程分析,结果表明,优化后结构较优化前结构具有更为良好的抵抗罕遇地震的能力。

Perform-3D analysis of the elasto-plastic time history of the optimized structure under rare earthquakes shows that the optimized structure has a better capability of resistance to rare earthquakes.
