为了获得双旋流燃烧室油雾特性,采用粒子图像测速仪(PIV)对其单头部油雾场进行测量.通过实验,获得了不同燃油流量分配、不同预燃级喷嘴位置对油雾特性的影响.在实验设计工况下所得结果表明:①直径约为80μm处的油珠体积分数最大,其他粒径的油珠体积分数都较小;②随着燃油流量增加,单开预燃级喷嘴时燃油雾化变差,单开主燃级喷嘴时雾化质量相差不大;③预燃级喷嘴位于旋流器出口处有助于改善燃油的雾化质量;④同时打开主燃级和预燃级喷嘴时,保持油气比不变,随着主燃级供油流量增加,雾化质量得到改善.
In order to obtain the characteristics of oil mist in double swirl combustor, the particle image velocimeter (PIV) was used to measure the single-head oil mist field.Through experiment, different fuel flow distributions were obtained, The results obtained under experimental design conditions show that: (1) the volume fraction of oil droplets with the diameter of about 80 μm is the largest and the volume fraction of oil droplets with other particle sizes is small; (2) with the increase of fuel flow rate, The fuel atomization of the nozzle becomes worse, and the atomization quality of the single-burner main-burner nozzle is not much different. The pre-combustion nozzle located at the outlet of the cyclone helps to improve the atomization quality of the fuel. At the same time, Pre-combustion nozzle, to maintain the same ratio of oil and gas, with the main fuel supply flow rate increases, the atomization quality is improved.
