能力本位“教育理念把学生能力培养作为出发点,提倡高校注重学生职业能力的构建,优化课程内容,吸取先进的教学模式,从而提升教学质量和学生职业能力。本文以技工院校广告设计课程建设作为研究对象,基于能力本位视角,首先分析了目前技工院校广告设计课程建设存在的问题,然后针对这些问题提出对策和建议,能够帮助学校实现预期的培养目标,为社会培养出更多专业型、实用型人才。
Competence-based ”educational philosophy regards the cultivation of students’ abilities as a starting point, and advocates that colleges and universities pay attention to the construction of students’ professional abilities, optimize the content of courses, draw on advanced teaching modes so as to improve teaching quality and students’ professional ability.This paper, As the object of study, based on the capability-based perspective, firstly, the existing problems in the course design of advertising design in technical colleges and universities were analyzed. Then, some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to help these schools achieve the expected training objectives and cultivate more professional-oriented , Practical talents.
