本文研究了水溶性的5,10,15,20-四(2-羟基-5-磺酸苯基)卟啉试剂与超微量锰的显色反应。试验表明,在过氧化氩存在下,它是测定痕量锰的高灵敏试剂。在沸水浴中加热6min,配合物形成完全。配合物的最大吸收波长在413.8nm,摩尔吸光系数为6.40×10~6。本文考察了干扰离子的情况及其极限。若用柠檬酸作掩蔽剂,明显地提高了干扰离子的极限。本方法可用于测定酒类食品中痕量的锰,所得的结果与原子吸收光度法一致。锰(Ⅱ)的测定范围在0~6ppb符合比耳定律。
In this paper, the color reaction of water-soluble 5,10,15,20-tetrakis (2-hydroxy-5-sulfophenyl) porphyrin reagent with ultra-trace manganese was studied. Tests have shown that it is a highly sensitive reagent for the determination of trace manganese in the presence of hydrogen peroxide. In a boiling water bath heated 6min, the complex formed completely. The maximum absorption wavelength of the complex is 413.8nm, and the molar absorptivity is 6.40 × 10 ~ 6. This article examines the conditions and limits of interfering ions. Citric acid as a masking agent, obviously increased the limit of interference ions. The method can be used for the determination of trace amounts of manganese in alcoholic food, the results obtained are consistent with atomic absorption spectrometry. Manganese (Ⅱ) determination range of 0 ~ 6ppb Beer’s law is in line.
