面对公路建设市场日益激烈的竞争,公路施工企业必须建设自己的企业文化,在竞争中不断发展自己特色的企业文化。价值观是企业文化建设的核心,表现为企业对所期待的目标作出的价值选择,对自身存在意义的认识,确定企业行为合理性原则以及指导企业健康发展的价值取向等。这就要求企业在进行企业文化价值观建设过程中,要充分考虑到各种外部制度环境的特点,选择适应社会与企业发展的价值取向,才能够形成全体成员共同认可的企业文化价值观。作为公路施工企业要形成项目价值观、企业价值观、员工价值观,就要赋予员工责任,责任创造机会,机会创造成功。建设企业特色文化,形成核心价值观公路施工企业要建设具有自身特色的企业文化,必须要先认识自己企业独特的一面。
