在车辆轻量化的过程中,车体承载结构的轻量化显得尤为重要。车体承载结构的轻量化,要保证车体的耐碰撞性不降低,从而实现车辆结构自身被动安全保护的目的。本文利用ANSYS/LS DYNA软件建立了25K硬卧客车车体轻量化前后的动态显式有限元模型,分别在5. 89m/s和11. 8m/s的速度下碰撞刚性墙,得到了车体的相对位移、加速度和能量的变化过程,并作了对比分析。
In the process of lightweight vehicles, lightweight car body load structure is particularly important. Car body load-bearing lightweight structure, to ensure that the body’s crashworthiness is not reduced, so as to achieve the passive safety of the vehicle structure itself. In this paper, ANSYS / LS DYNA software was used to establish the dynamic explicit finite element model of 25K hard-sleeper bus before and after the light weight reduction. After impacting the rigid wall at 5. 89m / s and 11.8m / s respectively, Relative displacement, acceleration and energy change process, and made a comparative analysis.
