目的探讨健康教育护理干预对老年心绞痛患者遵医行为的影响。方法 100例心绞痛患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组行常规护理,观察组同时给予健康教育护理干预。观察两组遵医行为情况。结果 1观察组中从不忘记服药和偶尔忘记服药病例所占比例(96.0%)高于对照组(78.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2观察组从不自行停药和偶尔自行停药所占比例(98.0%)高于对照组(72.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3观察组偶尔自行增加药量和从不自行增加药量所占比例(98.0%)高于对照组(74.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。4观察组从不不规律用药和偶尔不规律用药所占比例(96.0%)高于对照组(80.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。5观察组从不不定期复查和偶尔不定期复查所占比例(96.0%)高于对照组(76.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育护理干预有助于提高老年心绞痛患者的遵医行为,效果显著,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of health education nursing intervention on the compliance of elderly patients with angina. Methods 100 cases of angina patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases each. Control group routine nursing, observation group also give health education nursing intervention. Observe the two groups compliance behavior. Results 1 The proportion of cases in the observation group who never forget to take the medication and occasionally forget the medication was higher than that in the control group (96.0%) (78.0%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). 2 The proportion of the patients in the observation group who never stopped taking drugs on their own (98.0%) and those who stopped their own medication (72.0%) had statistically significant differences (P <0.05). 3 The proportion of the patients in the observation group who occasionally increased their dose independently and never increased their dose (98.0%) was higher than that of the control group (74.0%) (P <0.05). 4 The proportion of patients in the observation group who never irregular medication and occasional irregular medication (96.0%) was higher than that in the control group (80.0%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The proportion of patients in the observation group (96.0%) was higher than that in the control group (76.0%). The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention in health education is helpful to improve the compliance behavior of elderly patients with angina, and the effect is remarkable. It is worthy of clinical application.
