采用双重PAP法检测丙型肝炎肝组织中HCV-NS5;采用直接酶标法检测丁型肝炎肝组织中HDAg;采用链霉菌抗生物素蛋白-过氧化酶(SP)方法检测庚型肝炎肝组织中HGV-NS5。结果在免疫病理表达中,阳性信号的位置、形态和阳性肝细胞在肝小叶的分布及周围淋巴细胞的浸润等在3型肝炎中有较明显的差异。说明免疫病理表达中有可鉴别诊断的不同特点,为临床防治和预后判断提供了依据。
The double PAP method was used to detect HCV-NS5 in hepatitis C liver tissue. HDAg was detected by direct enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), and hepatic tissue of hepatitis G was detected by streptavidin-peroxidase (SP) HGV-NS5. Results In the immunopathological expression, the location and morphology of positive signals, the distribution of positive hepatocytes in the hepatic lobules and the infiltration of peripheral lymphocytes were all significantly different in type 3 hepatitis. Immunopathological expression of differentiable diagnosis shows different characteristics for clinical prevention and prognosis provides a basis for judging.
