电荷转移器件CTD(Charge Transfer Device)是本世纪七十年代初期诞生的一种新型电子器件。它主要分为两大类,一种称为电荷耦合器件CCD(Charge Coupled Devices),另一种称为戽键器件BBD(Bucket Brigades Devices)。我们成功地使用国产的BBD器件BD512进行了语音实时变频。此器件含有串联排列的256级模拟存储单元,从输入级输入模拟信号,以对应于该模拟量大小的电荷量存储。在时钟信号控制下,每经过两个时钟周期后各级电荷分别传到了下一级,同时输入级又进行了新的一次采样;经过512个时钟周期后,各级依序存储着256个采样
Charge Transfer Device CTD (Charge Transfer Device) is a new type of electronic device born in the early seventies of this century. It is divided into two main categories, one called Charge Coupled Device CCD (Charge Coupled Devices), the other known as the BB key device (BBK) (Bucket Brigades Devices).
