超大掺量粉煤灰在大体积底板混凝土中的研究应用——深圳平安金融中心4.5m厚大体积底板

混凝土是非匀质性的多孔性材料,抗拉强度低,易产生裂缝。近年来随着高、新、尖大型工程的开发,超大体积混凝土结构日益增多,裂缝和温度问题是大体积混凝土要攻克的难题。深圳平安金融中心为世界第二高楼,主塔高度为660米。本文介绍了深圳平安金融中心4.5m厚大体积混凝土通过选用优质粉煤灰,采用超大掺量(掺量达到45%),成功控制了可见裂缝的出现,并有效的控制了混凝土的温升问题,提高了该混凝土的耐久性能。 Concrete is a non-uniform porous material, low tensile strength, easy to produce cracks.
