目的探讨产前超声诊断胎儿脑膨出畸形的临床价值。方法对我院近4年来发现的胎儿脑膨出畸形进行回顾分析。结果 93 216例孕妇中共发现20例,其中单纯性脑膨出5例,合并其他畸形15例,所有病例均经引产或病检证实。结论超声操作简单、重复性好、图形清晰、检出率高,可作为妇产科医院孕妇首选的、无创伤的最佳检查手段之一。 Objective To investigate the clinical value of prenatal ultrasound in diagnosis of fetal brain bulge deformity. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on fetal encephalocele deformity found in our hospital in the past 4 years. Results A total of 93 cases of pregnant women were found in 20 cases, including 5 cases of simple encephalocele and 15 cases of other deformities. All cases were confirmed by induced labor or pathological examination. Conclusion Ultrasound operation is simple, good repeatability, clear graphics, high detection rate, which can be used as the preferred and non-invasive method for pregnant women in obstetrics and gynecology hospital.
