针对轿车C柱连接支架件,进行了制件的冲压成形工艺分析,设计出13工位排样设计图。依据排样设计图分析了设计要点并进行了对应的模具结构设计。模具结构设计过程中,通过对冲压质量、工艺要求及生产效率等因素的考虑,选择了合理的连续模总体结构类型,设计了一套能够完成预定工序的模具。最后,通过实冲试验,验证了模具设计的有效性。模具可适应大批量生产,精度要求高、稳定性及可靠性高,产品质量高等要求。
For the car C pillar connection bracket parts, the parts of the stamping process analysis, design a 13-station layout design. Based on the layout design analysis of the design points and the corresponding mold structure design. In the process of mold structure design, we selected a reasonable type structure of continuous mold and designed a set of molds that can finish the predetermined process through the consideration of the quality of stamping, process requirements and production efficiency. Finally, through the flushing test, the effectiveness of the mold design was verified. Mold can be adapted to mass production, high precision, high stability and reliability, product quality requirements.
