In addition, “SEDA” also resulted in temporary traffic jams in Japan. Rail transport in northern Japan temporarily suspended. On September 7 and 8, Japan Airlines canceled a total of 188 domestic flights and 4 international flights, leaving at least 27,000 passengers unable to board on time. Typhoon and heavy rains have caused 200 billion yen (about 1.8 billion U.S. dollars) in economic losses.
