目的:探讨微球的释放度影响因素,为制剂成型提供依据。方法:采用喷雾干燥法制备麦冬皂苷肠溶微球,以比色法测定微球在酸中及缓冲液中麦冬总皂苷的累积释放度。结果:随着丙烯酸树脂Ⅱ(囊材)浓度的增加,累积释放度呈下降趋势。突释效应的达峰时间随着药物与囊材比的增大而延缓。结论:囊材浓度、药物囊材比为影响微球在酸中及缓冲液中累积释放度的主要影响因素。
Objective: To investigate the influencing factors of the release of microspheres and provide the basis for formulation. Methods: Ophiopogon japonicus saponin enteric-coated microspheres were prepared by spray drying method. The cumulative release of Ophiopogon japonicus total saponin in acid and buffer solution was determined by colorimetry. Results: With the increase of the concentration of acrylic resin Ⅱ (capsule material), the cumulative release decreased. The peak time of burst effect is delayed with the increase of drug to capsule ratio. CONCLUSION: The main factors influencing the cumulative release of microspheres in acid and buffer solution are the concentration of capsules and the ratio of drug to encapsulate.
