本文对分别由西德BOHLE公司及青海第一机床厂制造的两台BS—100型立式铣床作了一系列动特性研究分析,得到了一些令人感兴趣的启示,为进一步研究开拓了方向。 本文的主要进展是:1)在机床的切削点多方向激振,多方向交叉拾振。由此,在20Hz到500Hz的频域内得到了多达34个模态,如此大量的试验数据,将为理论建模提供足以可信的参数和依据。2)运用已有的研究成果,将振型和薄弱环节联系起来,指出了机床的危险模态、薄弱环节以及结构改进的趋势。3)在同样条件下,用完全相同的方法和仪器,对两台结构完全相同的立式铣床作动特性试验分析。由此得出结论:机床结构的动特性主要取决于结构参数的配置。在同样配置的前提下,工艺品质将是不可忽视的影响因素。
In this paper, a series of dynamic characteristics research and analysis of two BS-100 vertical milling machines manufactured by West Germany BOHLE Company and Qinghai No.1 Machine Tool Plant have been carried out respectively. Some interesting revelations have been obtained, which open up the direction for further research . The main progress of this paper is as follows: 1) Multi-direction vibration excitation in the cutting point of machine tool, multi-direction cross pickup. As a result, up to 34 modalities are obtained in the frequency range of 20 Hz to 500 Hz. Such a large amount of experimental data will provide credible parameters and basis for theoretical modeling. 2) By using the existing research results, the vibration mode and the weak link are linked together, and the risk modalities, weak links and structural improvement trends of the machine tools are pointed out. 3) Under the same conditions, using exactly the same method and instrument, the two identical structure of the vertical milling machine operating characteristics of test analysis. It follows that the dynamic characteristics of the machine tool structure depend mainly on the configuration of the structural parameters. In the same configuration under the premise of the quality of the process will not be overlooked factors.
