报道应用二维超声心动图检查室间隔缺损187例,均经手术证实。二维超声图直接显示回声失落区185例(98.9％),诊断空间隔缺损182例(97.3％),检出缺损大小0.3～4.0cm,文中讨论了室间隔缺损的部位与超声回声失落显示切面及其位置的关系及如何识别回声失落。
