针对北方寒冷地区水质、水量随季节变化大和低温、低浊的水质特点,发明了机械旋转格网强化混凝技术,利用超小孔间距的机械旋转格网在低能耗条件下创造较剧烈的微观水力条件,强化低温低浊水的混凝。该技术可随原水水质与水量的变化动态地调节微观水力条件并进行实时优化控制。以哈尔滨磨盘山水厂的原水为处理对象,开展了机械旋转格网强化混凝的工艺条件研究,结果表明其对低温低浊水的强化混凝效果显著,而且在适当调整转速和控制相同能耗的情况下可显著提高处理效果。通过生产性试验和工程示范运行,对比了加机械旋转格网和不加机械旋转格网两种情况下对低温低浊、有机物含量高地表水的强化处理效果。经过6个月以上的生产性对比运行,表明在相同能耗和沉后水水质条件下,采用机械旋转格网和优化混凝剂的工艺系统比水厂对照组节省混凝剂投量约19.6%,为解决磨盘山净水厂投药量大的难题找到了一条经济、高效和易于管理的技术途径。
