赵国民,男,42岁,湖北省十堰市总工会法律工作部部长,中国劳动法学研究会会员。赵国民坚守工会维权第一线12年,直接参与调解、仲裁、代理的劳动争议案件300多件,连续6年被中共十堰市委、市人民政府授予信访工作先进个人；2004年被湖北省人事厅、湖北省总工会授予“全省优秀工会工作者”；2005年被全国总工会、国家劳动和社会保障部、全国企业联合会授予“全国协调劳动关系先进调解员”。2005年获得全国维护妇女儿童权益贡献奖。
Zhao Guomin, male, 42, Minister of Legal Work Department of Shiyan Federation of Trade Unions in Hubei Province and a member of China Labor Law Research Association. Zhao Guomin adhered to the first line of right protection of trade unions for 12 years and directly participated in more than 300 labor dispute cases involving mediation, arbitration and agency. He was conferred six consecutive years of advanced personal work on letters and visits by the CPC Committee and Municipal People's Government of the CPC. In 2004, , Hubei Province Federation of Trade Unions awarded the “outstanding workers in the province”; in 2005 by the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, the State Ministry of Labor and Social Security, the National Federation of enterprises awarded the “National Coordination of advanced mediators of labor relations.” 2005 won the national contribution to safeguard the rights and interests of women and children Award.
