由于不同的企业其领导者对秘书工作的重视程度不同,秘书工作在企业的地位、工作条件、发挥的作用也各异。从笔者从事秘书工作的经历和对其它一些企业秘书工作情况的了解.发现企业秘书不同程度地存在如下一些“苦恼”。同时,鉴于此.笔者愿献几点对策。其一,缺少必要的岗位培训.严格地说,企业秘书的综合素质要求很高:思想、工作作风过硬.熟悉专业业务。可现在一些企业的秘书,只是由于工作需要.由组织决定被仓促推上阵的.缺乏上岗前的必要培训,专业知识残缺,在实际工作中往往只凭仅有的一点“家底”办事,不能很好地适应现代企业秘书工作。高明的企业领导者,都十分注重对秘书的培训工作,遗憾的是现在许多企业还做不到这一点。
