目的分析不同交叉配血试验技术在保障安全输血中的重要作用,探索疑难交叉配血检测策略。方法同步应用盐水介质、聚凝胺法、柱凝集法及试管抗球蛋白法交叉配血试验技术进行了2 199例ABO与RhD同型血液相容性检测,并对检测结果进行统计分析。结果盐水介质、聚凝胺法、柱凝集法及试管抗球蛋白法交叉配血阳性试验结果分别为98、944、1 304及1 252例。98例盐水介质交叉配血阳性中而聚凝胺法、柱凝集法及试管抗球蛋白法交叉配血阳性检出率分别为76.53%、88.78%及73.47%。柱凝集法与试管抗人球法交叉配血结果无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论盐水介质交叉配血技术在血液相容性检测中必不可少。应用多种交叉配血技术综合分析疑难交叉配血结果,能够进一步保证临床输血安全。
Objective To analyze the important role of different cross-match blood test techniques in ensuring safe blood transfusion, and to explore the strategy of cross-matching blood test. Methods The homologous blood compatibility tests of 2 199 ABO and RhD were carried out synchronously with salt medium, polybrene method, column agglutination method and in vitro anti-globulin crossmatch test, and the results of the test were statistically analyzed. Results There were 98,944,1304 and 1 252 cases of cross-matching blood test in saline medium, polybrene method, column agglutination method and tube antiglobulin method, respectively. 98 cases of saline medium cross matching blood positive polybrene, column agglutination method and tube antiglobulin cross-positive blood test were 76.53%, 88.78% and 73.47% respectively. Column agglutination method and test tube anti-human ball cross-matching blood results showed no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion The cross-matching technique of saline medium is indispensable in the blood compatibility test. Application of a variety of cross-matching blood technology a comprehensive analysis of difficult cross matching blood results, to further ensure the safety of clinical transfusion.
