随着信息技术的飞速发展,集团企业、跨地区跨国公司的爆发式增长,网络数字化信息经济时代已经来临,传统的人力资源管理模式已经无法适应企业的快速发展,人力资源管理的信息化建设迫在眉睫。本文从HR管理e化的概念、HR管理e化带给企业的好处等,针对性的提出企业及HR管理者在HR管理e化过程中的注意事项及生存对策。
With the rapid development of information technology, the explosive growth of group enterprises and transnational multinational corporations, the era of digitized digital information economy has come and the traditional mode of human resource management has been unable to adapt to the rapid development of enterprises. The information construction of human resource management is imminent . In this paper, the concept of e-HR management, the benefits of e-management from HR management to the enterprise are pointed out, and the precautions and survival measures of HR management e-HR are put forward.
