随着经济的发展和科技的进步,我国社会建设的许多方面都得到了长足的发展,使得我国许多行业的许多领域都在当前阶段面临着新的挑战。尽管当前阶段我国财政预算绩效管理已经利用已有的有利条件进行了快速的发展,但是我国自建国以来实行计划经济体制来进行资源配置,使得我国财政预算绩效管理起步较晚而且制度不太完善,所以当前阶段的经济发展和财政预算改革举步维艰,从而如何有效推行财政预算改革和落实绩效管理成为了当前工作的重点和难点,就需要研究人员针对出现的问题提出和尝试有效的策略进行处理和解决。本文通过分析我国财政预算绩效管理中存在的问题,结合已有的研究和实际的案例,对我国财政预算绩效管理的策略和建议进行具体和系统阐述。
With the development of economy and the advancement of science and technology, many aspects of our social construction have made great strides in development, making many areas in many industries of our country facing new challenges in the current phase. Although the current budget performance management in our country has utilized the existing favorable conditions for rapid development, our country has implemented the planned economy system since the founding of our country to allocate resources, which makes our fiscal budget performance management started late and the system is not perfect, Therefore, the current stage of economic development and budget reform difficult, so how to effectively implement the budget reform and the implementation of performance management has become the focus and difficulty of the current work, we need researchers to put forward and try effective strategies to deal with and solve problems . In this paper, by analyzing the existing problems in the performance management of China’s budgetary budgets and combining with the existing research and practical cases, this paper gives a concrete and systematic exposition of the strategies and suggestions for the performance management of China’s budgetary budgeting.
