1985年我们对湖南省长沙市、常德县、礼陵县、洞口县、双峰县及益阳县(下称“一市五县”)进行了围产儿死亡前瞻性调查,现将调查结果报告如下。资料来源以1985年1月1日～12月31日户口在“一市五县”辖区(含农村)的孕妇所生围产儿为调查对象(按全国统一规定的围产期标准)。根据各市、县年终上报的围产儿出生数及前瞻性一人一卡的围产儿死亡登记卡经核查后统计死亡率及死因分析。
In 1985, we conducted a prospective perinatal investigation on perinatal deaths in Changsha City, Changde County, Liling County, Dongkou County, Shuangfeng County and Yiyang County (hereinafter referred to as “one city, five counties”). The findings are reported as follows . Sources of information: From January 1 to December 31, 1985, all perinatal babies born to pregnant women in “one city, five counties” (including rural areas) were enrolled in the study. According to the statistic analysis of mortality rate and cause of death, the perinatal birth number and the prospective one-person-per-child perinatal registration card reported by the municipalities and counties at the end of the year were verified.
